Why not start with an under 21 crowd.
send flyers to local churches, civic groups (like Kiwanis, Lions Club, etc.), and local hospitals & medical centers (for AA groups, etc.). Advertise in the local paper(s) and get on church mail outs.
The best way to promote the club is FREE advertising. Try to get local newspapers and radio stations to run spots about the club because it’s a fun, safe environment for families and kids all ages. Try to focus on all of the benefits the club can bring to the community, such as free dance lessons on Tuesday nights or hosting bingo games or a blood drive or some other community-outreach event.
Another way to raise awareness/publicity is to offer to donate a portion of your proceeds to a local charity, such as donating $1 of each guests’ Friday night admission fee to a local hospital or non-profit organization.
Identify the largest(s) non profit organizations (hospital, parent-teacher, scouts, churches) and offer to donate a percentage of the sales (10%-20%) from a specific event(s). You can offer contest(s) at the event like filling a large trash can with the beverage and charging a $1. to guess answer. The person who guesses the right answer will recieve a price which leads me to suggesting co-branding with the movie theater or another business to get unique prizes, promote their business, and access to their customer base.
