Just number the couples 1 through 18. Set up a grid where in the first week 1 plays 2, 3 plays 4, 5 plays 6 etc. In the second week move couple 18 to the top to play 1 and move everyone else down a rung 2 plays 3, 4 plays 5, 6 plays 7 etc and just keep moving down until they have all played each other. You can't determine the final schedule until you know if the unsure couple is in or out.

Lets see 18 teams x 17 matches in 17 weeks per team.

9 matches per week.

Crap! shotgun start every satuday morning on the back 9.

Or

You can just say its there job to play every week and just match the teams up for all the weeks and turn the card in buy a certian day.

I would make the schedule as if they are planning on playing every week. If they cancel, void all of their matches before and after that point. The most important thing is that whatever you decide to do is clearly laid out prior to the matches begin or you will have major issues later. Members of a ladies league are almost always more particular about details than men are.

You're right about the nest, and it probably contains ******. The robins cannot move the nest. Could you possibly use a different spigot, longer hose or other means of avoiding the area until the ****** are fledged and ready to leave. This would take less than two weeks usually.

All I can tell you is good luck on this one.
If you would have told the owner/manager that is was unacceptable, and didn't use the country club then you may have had a chance.
But considering you went ahead and used it you probably won't get your money back.
And keep in mind some lawyers probably attend this country club and wont accept the case. And like you said the country club is wealthy so they will be able to afford the best lawyers to defend them.
And if air conditioning wasn't in the agreement...your out of luck.
When I went to decorate for my wedding reception the night before the wedding, the owners cut the amount of room I was told I would get when I paid. I was told I was going to get the whole ballroom and was given 2/3 instead. He told me they don't rent the whole ballroom for the amount of people I was expecting after I already paid with the understanding I be receiving the whole room, and my receipt reflected only the 2/3.
I had no proof to go on and it was to late to find another reception hall so I got screwed.
