Have you ever been to a wedding at the Dove Canyon Country Club?

Dove Canyon Country Club is located in Dove Canyon, California, which is the same area as Rancho Santa Margarita, Trabuco Canyon, etc. Just Northeast of Mission Viejo in Orange County. I want to know if anyone has ever been there. If you HAVE been there, could you please give me your opinion, the style, the food, the service, the decor, etc, etc??
